Support for Emotional Growth
In-person Counseling in Orlando and Online throughout Florida

LBL counseling was founded to support the emotional growth of individuals, couples, and families.

The management of stress and trauma can be overwhelming to any of us at any time. I believe that my clients have everything they need to live the life they want.

Often I find my clients only need someone to shine a light in the dark places and sit with them as they bravely navigate their discomfort.

It is my honor to support you, your family, or your group in any way I can. I offer counseling in Orlando and throughout the state of Florida.

I specialize in:
  • Trauma
  • Eating Disorders
  • First Responders
  • Medical Professionals
  • Women’s Mental Health
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
